located at customs house and with a commanding view of the marina bay area, procacci is a tuscan themed fine dining italian restaurant that serves up a good mix of traditional and modern italian fare. procacci, was originally one of florence’s oldest gourmet shops specialising in truffle based products; and to this day it still maintains an ever-growing presence there. here in singapore the restaurant was the brainchild of a group of wine connoisseurs.
menu signatures include a hearty antipasti platter featuring a combination of puglia’s famous burrata cheese, parma ham and grilled vegetables, while mains showcase a good selection of pastas including refreshing delights like capellini tossed in truffle oil and topped with caviar. black angus beef, kurobuta pork and premium seafood make good alternatives as well.
procacci prides itself their wine list. a good range of super tuscans from houses like antinori along with renowned italian labels make a pretty big list. enough to keep me happy.
