Genilo & Partners Law Offices was founded by former National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) Commissioner Tito F. Genilo.
The Law Firm's area of expertise was initially in the field of labor law. As the legal services required by the local and multinational clients of the Law Firm have diversified in various legal fields, the Law Firm soon established a solid practice in litigation and dispute resolution, commercial transactions, immigration and intellectual property.
The Law Firm provides retainer and non-retainer services to meet the various requirements of its clients. The retainer services cover consultations, advice and opinions that involve legal queries encountered by the client as well as preparation of contracts and other documents which are required in the ordinary course of the client's business. Our ancillary retainer services include corporate secretarial duties and the conduct of seminars/lectures on various fields of law.
