The family owned company was founded in 1892 as a traditional flour mill. In 1958, Mr. F.C. Schäfer pioneered a new trend in the baking industry under the trade name KOMPLET.
The new premixes were revolutionary and demand grew. Therefore, the subsidiary KOMPLET Berlin was already founded in 1967.
Today, the group Abel+Schäfer / KOMPLET ranks with the leading companies in its field and also feels obliged in future to the tradition of innovations.
