* Any third party App Stores fees may apply for Native App upload.
* If you are not registered at iTunes Store or any of the other APP stores, we will help you with this on the PREMIUM GOLD service plan. Our support on other price plans do not cover native app store integration assistance, since only questions related to our internal system are supported.
* All Native APP integration prices support up to 2 uploads in total to any App Store. If additional changes are required for any reason, ex Native Stores guidelines, we will charge a $190 fee per modification with every new updated upload. Standard changes made using our platform will be pushed atomically to any App platform published to. You may cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. All amounts that have been paid are non refundable.
We encourage you to check out any rights that may be relevant to your app, including copyrights and any App stores guide lines. On our HTML5 plans, the App will be live the instant you generate your App. Using our system, you can easily update your Apps from the dashboard panel at any time. Custom requests not currently supported in our system will be charged separately according to agreed upon terms. We are not responsible for 3rd party services or content provided by users.
Is there a long-term contract?
Nope, you may cancel at any time. We think you'll be really impressed with our products, but if you're not, you may cancel. All paid users will then be set back to the free plan.
